The main work surface is beautiful end grain solid timber butchers block, then triple the available bench space with 2 fold up top extensions, 316 food grade Stainless Steel and Natural Marble. Create extra prep / serving / lay down space, when you’re done fold the extensions down for compact storage until next time.
